An account may only be created by an adult parent or legal guardian. The child has no account or password of their own — a child enters the app from the parent's account. The parent is responsible for the account.

One account may hold one child profile.

Learning lessons, exercises, voice narration, and a play island where a child spends the stars earned through learning. Learning is free.

• The app is not a substitute for school, and results achieved in it are not an official educational record or assessment.
• There is no password recovery. The password is stored only in encrypted form and we do not know it either. A lost password means losing access to the account — which is why the password is entered twice at registration.
• The service is provided "as is". We try to keep it available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Lesson text and audio are prepared in advance. Where a child asks the helper a question, an automated system prepares the answer, and it may be inaccurate — we are responsible for the lesson content, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy of an automated answer.

Unlawful behavior, behavior offensive to others, using someone else's account, interfering with how the app works, and harvesting data by automated means are all forbidden within the service. There is no free correspondence between children on the island.

Names a child chooses for themselves — an island nickname, a pet's name — are checked automatically, and a name that is offensive or contains someone else's contact details is refused. If a child still tries to write such a name: a warning is given the first time, the account is blocked the second time. A blocked account is not restored automatically — you must contact support@digitalmarketing.ge.

You may delete the account yourself at any time: Parent screen → Settings → Delete account. Deletion is irreversible and covers the child's entire history. If you no longer have access to the app, see the account-deletion page.

We may restrict or end an account that violates these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. A dispute that cannot be resolved by negotiation is heard in the courts of Georgia.

When the terms change, the date on this page is updated. We notify the parent in the app of any material change.
