Delete account

The app "Chkviani Bachia" (Kundzuli). You can delete the account yourself, from the app, or by writing to us — both routes give the same result.

1. From the app

Sign in with the parent account.
Open Settings (top-right corner of the parent screen).
Choose Delete account and confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate. We ask for the password because this is the one button in the app that a child, or someone else's hand, should not be able to press.

2. If you no longer have the app, or cannot sign in

Write to support@digitalmarketing.ge from the email address the account was registered with. We will complete the request within 30 days and confirm completion in writing.

What gets deleted

The parent account: email, first name, last name, password hash, PIN hash.
The child's profile: name, grade, avatar, island nickname.
The entire learning history: lessons completed, answers, stars, absences.
Everything on the island: house, furniture, pets, clothing, purchased items, and play time.

Deletion is irreversible. Data does not move to an archive and cannot be recovered. Records disappear from backups within 14 days, since backups are not kept longer than that.
